Open Positions

Provide an exceptional level of service as a Dream Steam Restoration and Cleaning employee

  • Provide high quality carpet & surfaces cleaning, as well as additional Restoration and Cleaning services using truck mounted cleaning units
  • Run daily carpet and upholstery cleaning route
  • Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles
  • Manage and maintain proper inventory of consumables and retail items in vehicle
  • Secure payment and receipt for services
  • Implement field marketing and other programs as required
  • Uphold all company policies, procedures and standards Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be very customer orientated and be able to work independently
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Must be hard working and willing to work nonstandard hours when emergencies arise.

  • Provide assistance to the lead tech as needed
  • Train to become a lead tech
  • Assist in restoration and mobile carpet cleaning services as needed
  • Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles
  • Manage and maintain proper inventory of consumables and retail items in vehicle
  • Secure payment and receipt for services
  • Implement field marketing and other programs as required
  • Uphold all company policies, procedures and standards
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Photograph, identify and inventory customer content at customer location
  • Wrap, package and label contents for transport to our cleaning facility
  • Unwrap, assess and clean contents at our cleaning facility
  • Use company specific software for recording and tracking inventory
  • Identify, re-wrap, package and label cleaned contents
  • Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance
  • Meet job production guidelines
  • Inspect completed work
  • Follow specific guidelines and procedures
  • Complete daily log
  • Previous content packout experience is a plus.

Emergency restoration and recovery services technician provides restoration services to both residential and commercial customers. Types of services provided include water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation as well as other restoration and cleaning related services. Must be a hard-working team player with a great attitude, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to meet project deadlines essential.

  • Construction and/or restoration experience preferred but will train the right person.
  • Valid driver's License with good driving history required
  • Must be willing to work nonstandard hours when emergencies arise.
  • Opportunities for advancement exist for motivated individuals
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand at heights of 12 feet on ladders or scaffolding
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Be able to stand on your feet on concrete surfaces throughout the day
